Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and paid programs offered by Outsmart the System LLC ("Outsmart the System," "we," "us," or "our"): the Teen Side Hustle Launch, the Teen Investing Starter, the Entrepreneurship Program, the Investing Mastermind, and Strong Hour. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing our website or purchasing a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the programs.

2. Description of the Programs

We offer education and coaching programs in three areas. Two are purchased by a parent or guardian for a teenager: the Teen Side Hustle Launch and the Entrepreneurship Program (entrepreneurship education), and the Teen Investing Starter and the Investing Mastermind (investing education). One is for the adult purchaser themselves: Strong Hour, a seasonal health-accountability program. Every program is education and coaching. It is not therapy or mental-health treatment, and it is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice. The investing programs never recommend any specific security, fund, or brokerage, use paper trading before any real money, and keep a parent involved. 3. Fees, Billing, and Renewal

Fees are stated in United States dollars and processed by our third-party payment processors. The price shown at checkout governs.

• Teen Side Hustle Launch and Teen Investing Starter are each a one-time $97 payment.
• Strong Hour is a one-time $197 seasonal enrollment.
• Entrepreneurship Program and Investing Mastermind are recurring subscriptions billed $995 every six months. Your enrollment renews automatically at $995 every six months so your teen can continue, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before a renewal to stop future charges: email jay@outsmartthesystem.org and we will confirm your cancellation. Canceling stops future six-month renewals; it does not refund a period already begun, except as stated in Section 4.

4. Refunds and Guarantees

• Teen Side Hustle Launch: if you feel it was not worth the $97, email jay@outsmartthesystem.org within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Teen Investing Starter: if your teen completes the 30 days without a written starter plan and a watchlist they can explain to you, email us for a full refund.
• Entrepreneurship Program and Investing Mastermind: if your teen completes the onboarding, attends the first two mastermind calls, and works the first roadmap steps and you still feel it was not worth it, email us within 30 days of your enrollment for a full refund of that period.
• Strong Hour includes a short readiness screening. If the screening determines Strong Hour is not a fit for you at this time, we refund your fee in full.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website and service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. In particular, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit your program materials or any of our content without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the service, or interfere with other users.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the website and the programs, including the program structure, curriculum, roadmaps, templates, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by Outsmart the System LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The personalized materials we provide are for your own personal use. We retain ownership of the underlying templates, methods, and materials used to create them. You may not reproduce or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

The programs and their materials are intended to support your reflection and decision-making. They are not a promise of any particular result. We do not guarantee any specific financial, entrepreneurial, investing, parenting, health, emotional, or other outcome from using them. Your results depend on many factors that are outside our control, including your own circumstances and choices. Please review our Disclaimer for further detail.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outsmart the System LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the website or the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Disclaimers

The website and service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law. The content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not professional financial, legal, tax, or mental-health advice. Please read our full Disclaimer for important information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

The purchaser must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for supervising any teen's participation and any account or funding decisions. The Acceptable Use, Intellectual Property, No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes, Limitation of Liability, and Disclaimer sections above apply to every program.
