Privacy Policy
Effective August 17, 2026
Outsmart the System LLC ("Outsmart the System," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use our website (jaypbhakta.com) and our programs (the Teen Side Hustle Launch, Teen Investing Starter, Entrepreneurship Mastermind, Investing Mastermind, and Strong Hour), how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website or programs, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us directly, along with a limited amount of technical information that helps us run the service. Specifically:
- Contact details. Your name and email address, which you provide when you register for a free door, purchase a program, or contact us.
- Teen program details. When a parent or guardian buys a teen program (Teen Side Hustle Launch, Teen Investing Starter, Entrepreneurship Mastermind, or Investing Mastermind), we collect the information provided in the check, quiz, and intake forms, which may include the teen's first name, age range, interests, and quiz answers, along with anything shared during a coaching session. A parent or guardian provides this information, and we use it to deliver the program, personalize the roadmap, and follow up. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
- Strong Hour details. When an adult enrolls in Strong Hour, we collect the information provided at registration and a short readiness screening, used to run the program and keep the room accountable.
- Payment information. When you make a purchase, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card number.
- Mobile number, only if you give it to us. If you enter your phone number in the chat widget on this site and check the consent box, we collect that number so we can text you. No other form on this site asks for a phone number, and we never add a number to messaging without that explicit opt-in.
- Usage and device information. Analytics and cookie data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and interactions with the site. See "Cookies, Analytics & Advertising" below for the specific tools we use.
Text Messages (SMS)
Text messaging is optional and you are never required to accept it. We only send text messages to a number that was entered in the chat widget on this site by someone who checked the consent box next to it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
- What we send. Replies to what you asked about, information connected to a program you bought, scheduling and reminders, and occasional updates about our programs.
- How often. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or email jay@outsmartthesystem.org.
- We do not share mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the messaging providers we use to deliver the messages on our behalf.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To deliver the program you purchased, schedule any sessions, and personalize the roadmap and materials.
- To send you program materials and related follow-up emails, including scheduling and delivery confirmations and helpful guidance connected to your purchase.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service, including understanding which features are useful and where the experience can be better.
- To process payments through our payment processor.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our business.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We never sell your personal information or program details, and we never use them for advertising. We do use website advertising and analytics cookies (see below); under California law (CPRA), sharing certain online identifiers with advertising partners such as Meta may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of this at any time. In the European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, and California we ask for your consent before loading advertising and session-analytics cookies, and everywhere you can decline by emailing us or using your browser's cookie controls.
Third-Party Service Providers
We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us operate the business. They only receive the information needed to do their work for us:
- Email delivery: to send program materials and related follow-up emails.
- Automation and records (e.g. Make, Google Sheets) and our customer-relationship tool: to store your contact details and program records so we can schedule, deliver, and follow up on your program.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity (see the next section).
- Payment processors: to process your payments.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of these providers, and we encourage you to review their own policies.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics 4: to measure site traffic and understand how the site is used.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel: to measure the performance of our advertising and, where permitted, to reach similar audiences. This involves sharing certain identifiers with Meta.
- Microsoft Clarity: to record anonymized session activity (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) on our marketing pages so we can improve the experience.
Because some of these tools are used for advertising and session recording, they are not purely anonymous. We show a cookie banner and ask for your consent before loading them for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and California; elsewhere they load when you visit and you can decline via your browser controls or by contacting us. Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings.
Data Retention
We keep your contact details and program records for as long as needed to deliver and follow up on your program and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we review these records periodically. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it anonymous. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Your Rights below); on request we will remove your program details and contact details from the systems we control, including our email records, spreadsheet/automation records, and customer-relationship tool.
Your Rights and Choices
You have meaningful control over your personal information. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting us directly.
To make any of these requests, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.
Children's Privacy
Our service is designed for parents and other adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
