Jay Bhakta co-founded Financial Brain, AI that understands your whole financial life, now in private beta. He is also the founder of Outsmart the System, an education company in Gilbert, Arizona, and the author of the book of the same name.

Jay understands how money, tax, and family decisions connect. He has read a lifetime of owner paperwork.
Financial Brain is AI that understands your whole financial life. You add the account records, documents, emails, and messages you choose. It answers from those sources, shows where each answer came from, and says when the documents do not answer.
Keep your accountant. Know what to ask. Financial Brain organizes the facts and prepares the questions. Your CPA, advisor, and attorney make the decisions with you. It does not prepare returns, give tax or legal advice, or replace your professionals.
It is a product of Financial Brain LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Jay co-founded it; his co-founder builds the systems. It is in private beta. The install runs inside your own Cloudflare account and nothing is stored on Financial Brain’s side.

Why I built it
Knowing the paperwork was not the same as seeing my whole picture.
I spent 20 years building and running tax businesses, then sold them. I was also financially illiterate for much of my career. Knowing one part of the system did not mean I could see how every money, tax, business, and family decision connected.
Financial Brain comes from that gap. I wanted the number, the source, and the story kept together, so I could ask better questions before a decision became a surprise.
Outsmart the System
He accumulated wealth through 20 years of running businesses, but he was still financially illiterate through most of it. He learned it the hard way at 38. That gap is the reason the company exists. He built the program he wishes someone had run for his own kids. Father of two.
The work starts with the parent. Kids learn money from what the adults around them actually do, not from what those adults say. So Outsmart the System is built for the household, not just the teen.
